Samhain, celebrated from October 31 to November 1, marks the Celtic New Year and the transition into the darker half of the year. It's a time to honor the past, reflect on what we’ve learned, and embrace transformation. The veil between worlds is thinnest, making this a potent time for spiritual connection.
Our Practical Magic theme focuses on the power of sisterhood—when women come together, magic happens. Samhain is the perfect time for introspection, renewal, and community as we support each other’s personal growth. All proceeds from this event help Right to Heal continue supporting clients on their wellness journeys.
Event Highlights:
✨ Opening Ceremony: Fiona will honor our ancestors.
✨ Free Time: Connect with others and explore various offerings, including Tarot & Oracle readings, energy healing, candle magic, herbs, spell jars, and more. (Some offerings have additional costs.)
✨ Goddess Ceremony: Led by Fiona Newman.
✨ Fire Ceremony: Liz will guide us through releasing what no longer serves us as we embrace the dark half of the year.
✨ Closing Ritual: In true Practical Magic style, we’ll enjoy chocolate cake and blow out our candles under the Scorpio Moon to cast our collective spell.

Time: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (doors open at 6)
Location: Farm Hill, 2709 Dillon Road, Keene, ON, K9J 6X8
Parking:
Parking is available on-site. Please carpool if possible, as it helps with space and enhances our community spirit! Park at the top and line the laneway coming down toward the venue. We won’t have a parking attendant, so comfortable shoes are recommended for your walk down.
What to Bring:
Warm Layers: A blanket or shawl to stay cozy.
Something to Sit On: Yoga mat, meditation pillow, or blanket for comfort.
Journal & Pen: Perfect for capturing insights.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the evening.
Cash/Card: For sessions with practitioners or vendors and bar and cafe.
Optional Items: Bring your favorite crystals or tarot cards if you’d like to pull cards.
Open Mind & Heart: Ready to connect and embrace the magic!
What to Wear:
Come dressed comfortably! If you’d like to dress up, channel your inner witch with flowing dresses, eccentric attire, or anything that feels magical to you. Think of your favorite look in Practical magic! Remember, there’s no true costume for a witch—follow your intuition!
What’s Included:
Your ticket grants you access to all ceremonies and activities (vendors, practitioners, bar and food is extra). Enjoy grounding and intention-setting, the transformative Goddess Ceremony, and a special cupcake wish ritual under the Scorpio moon. Don’t miss the Practical Magic-themed activity table for spells and fun!
