About Restorative Yoga:

In this practice we dive deep into rest and relaxation. With the use of lots of pillows, blankets, and yoga props, we settle into postures that are so gentle, we use little to no effort while holding them for 5-8 minutes! The cornerstone of this practice is being attentive and conscious with the set up of props for the postures, so that from there, you can simply relax back into gravity and enjoy being in them. This Restorative Yoga practice is deeply calming for the nervous system and highly accessible. Suited to all levels of yoga experience.

About Yoga Nidra:

Yoga Nidra refers to a practice of yogic sleep. It is a systematic guided relaxation and it is very user friendly. The practitioner gets comfortable in a still, reclined posture, and follows the instructions offered by the guide, to enter deep states of rest and relaxation. Like restorative yoga, it is very accessible way to soothe the nervous system and so these two practices work together beautifully!

About Reiki:

The word Reiki can be translated to mean spiritual universal life force energy; Similar to Prana (Indian), Chi or Qi (Chinese), or Huna (Hawaiian). The Japanese modality of Reiki is nearly one hundred years old and is a process of a practitioner laying hands on a client and inviting Reiki, or life force energy, to flow into, and through the client freely. In this experience energetic blockages may be released to bring spiritual anatomy into better alignment. It is important to note that physical touch is not necessary to receive the benefits of Reiki.

The benefits and healing of Reiki are experienced not only in the energetic body, but can also be noticed mentally, physically and emotionally. You may even continue to notice benefits up until a week after a treatment.
